TestFRWD AMERICA (TFA) respects the privacy of all those who access our Web Site(s) and our valued Clients.  Any personal information you provide to us, including and similar to your name, key contacts, address, telephone number, and e-mail address will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of TFA or authorized TFA business partners.

TFA employees and business partners pledge to follow the TFA privacy policy and respect to your privacy

We will not sell, or give away any names, email addresses, mailing addresses, phone numbers, or any other contact information about our existing valued Clients, or prospective Clients.

From time to time we receive requests for references from prospective Clients. We will not use any Client as a reference for our off-site remote data backup storage service without written permission.

We do not store credit card information on our Internet servers. Any credit card numbers that are sent via the Internet are encrypted and then removed from the servers.

All Client data backup files stored on our servers are encrypted. TFA employees and business partners can not decrypt, or otherwise read, or view these files.

We will not release any information about our Client’s storage habits, storage capacity, file names, Client ID, or password except, if subpoenaed by a court of law in the United States of America, we will provide only the required information

TFA Internet servers and backup equipment and stored data are located in a secure area. Only our key administrators have access to the equipment, using secure hand scan systems, secured passwords and other sources to assure Client data and information integrity.

In simple terms, TFA employees and business partners are dedicated to help assure our Clients shared information is kept in complete confidence.
